We’ve combined strength training for our upper body with dance workouts so you can have fun while toning your arms. Upper Body strength training has a long list of benefits. It helps you boost muscle strength and endurance in your arms, back, chest and shoulders. It also helps you burn calories, reduce risk of injury and build stronger bones. Plus, we’ve got a downloadable guide to show you how to increase resistance safely. For 2 weeks, we will be using classes from 3 different types of workouts: Power Heels, Blissful Barre and Dancehall Jam. The workouts are 15-30 minutes per day and don’t worry, we’ve included rest days.
