Welcome to our first group challenge of 2019! I wanted for ALL of us to start the year motivated and strong. I don’t know about you, but for me, nothing gets me more motivated than dancing to hip hop. So for the next 3 weeks, let’s dance to different hip hop grooves together! Did you know that it takes 21 days to form a habit? That’s why we made this a 3 week challenge. After this, I guarantee you will have good habits to take with you for the rest of the year! You babes know that we love our booties here. It doesn’t matter what the size of your booty is, we’re all bootylicious. Join us for a dance and toning workouts that are focused on your best assets. So many of our jobs require us spending a lot of time sitting down that our glutes don’t get the strength they deserve. So this next 3 weeks, we’ve got a total body workout scheduled for yah and we’re putting focus on your tush! Plus, we’ve got 14 healthy eating recipes and writing prompts for you to visualize the 2019 that YOU deserve! I’m so excited to see what 2019 has to offer. 1. When does the challenge start?

We’re starting on January 21, 2019! This is a 3 week challenge babe and we’re all in it together. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

YES! You can get some of the workouts for free on our YouTube page but most of the workouts you need dance studio access to get it.

4. What if I can’t do the workouts or follow the meal plan?

The Hip Hop Booty challenge is all about you and listening to your body is a big part of that. So I encourage you to do what’s best for YOU. We’re all different and that’s totally ok babe. You might do 2 dance workouts or ALL 6 every week, maybe learn 3 recipe or cook ALL! You do you, boo.

5. Will there be a prize?

Of course! Stay tuned during the challenge for a prize announcement. At the end of the 21 days, the member with the most dance workouts will get a special prize!

Dance Workouts For Your Whole Body

We’ve got dance workouts from the best fitness instructors in Los Angeles! Ashley Chatman, Nicole Steen and Diane Numark will work on your total body for the 21 days of this challenge. Not only will you be getting killer hip hop dance workouts from our Old School, Flirty Hip Hop and Tone N Twerk classes, you’ll also improve your strength with Blissful Barre and Strong and Sexy. A lot of the workouts will be focused on your booty, but we promise we won’t forget about everything else.


You are strong and we’re keeping it that way! Using hand weights and fitness bands, we’re tracking your resistance for this challenge. I don’t know about you but I love seeing my progress and I like challenging myself too. One week you could be using a 2 lbs weight and the next week you try the 4 lb weights and think “this is so easy!” Yes, that can be you babe.

Squats Challenge

Another awesome part of the Hip Hop Booty Challenge is training your muscles with SQUATS. Every week, we’ve incorporated squats in 2 of the 6 workout days. This is important for continuing your muscle training plus we’ve got a handy strength log that comes with the plan so you can keep track of your progress.
