Welcome babe! We’re so happy you’re here. We’re about to start a really exciting adventure together. Before we get going your instructors (Ashley, Zen, Nicole, Diane) & I want you to know that YOU are supported & surrounded by a tribe of women that are here to lift you up!We all come from different countries, ethnicities and cultures but guess what, we’re ALL in this together!! Let’s get this 21 DAY SPRING DANCE INTENSIVE started babe! This challenge is about learning to put FOCUS on the things you want to achieve. I believe that there are no short cuts. You gotta put the work to achieve your goals. If you want to be better at hip-hop, do that more. If you want to tone your core, make sure you focus on that!Every week, we’re focusing on 1 dance type and 1 muscle group. PLUS, we’ve got 16 healthy recipes and meal-by-meal guide just for you.Let’s get this Spring Dance Intensive started!

Challenge Details:

1. When does the challenge start?

We’re kicking things off on Monday, June 4. Mark your calendars! We’re ALL dancing, strengthening and nourishing our bodies together

2. Do I need to be a member to join?

YES! You can get some of the workouts for free on our YouTube but most of the workouts you need dance studio access to get it.

3. Do I need equipment?

You will need these for strength training:
  • 2 sets of hand weights
  • 2 resistance levels for your booty bands
  • yoga mat
  • knee pads (optional for Tone N Twerk)

4. What if I can’t do the workouts or follow the meal plan?

This is all about YOU, babe. Always remember to work on your own progress. Everyone is different. You might do 3 workouts or ALL 6, learn 1 recipe or ALL 16! Do what challenges you, love bug!

5. Will there be a prize?

Be on the lookout for announcements. At the end of the 21 days, the member with the most dance workouts will get a special prize!
