I love doing my workouts at home and I’m always looking for new ways to up my booty workout! Luckily, we’ve got the booty queen, Nicole Steen, on our side. Her Tone N Twerk workouts have a whole lot of ways to get your booty in tip top shape.

Booty Workouts At Home

I usually do my workouts in the morning right after I wake up. It helps me start the day in a positive note. I have a little space in my living room where I do my dance workouts. And I’ve come to realized that I LOVE booty workouts, especially from our Tone N Twerk series with Nicole. There’s just something about working out your glutes that feels so satisfying so I’ve pulled up 4 of our best booty workouts that you can easily do at home.

1. Standing Booty Workout

Squat for you LIFE, babe! In this booty workout, you get to dive into the world of squats and kicks. These moves really get into the thick of it, your glutes and your hamstrings. There’s a 3 piece lunge/squat combination that Nicole teaches in this booty workout that will make you burn like crazy, but it is soooo worth it!

2. Booty Workout With Fitness Gliders

Here we have a little help from our friend, Fitness Gliders. Don’t worry, if you don’t have gliders at home you can use a smooth table napkin or furniture sliders! How cool is that? These little gliding wonders really intensifies your booty workout, plus you get to do A LOT of pulses in this workout. So squeeze and fire up that booty!

3. Booty Lifting Workout On The Floor

Here’s another no equipment required booty workout. I do suggest using a yoga mat just because you’re staying low on the ground. Nicole goes through a non-stop, donkey kick filled workout for each of your leg. But don’t worry, you get to rest on your back and do bridges that will sculpt your booty like the goddess you truly are!

4. Booty Workout With Resistance Bands

Why use resistance bands? It give resistance to the abductors on your hips and your thighs to get them to work a little bit harder. This workout helps tone the booty and strengthen your legs.
