We’re so excited to have a booty call with you babe. This whole challenge is happening on our Instagram so make sure you’re following us there for all the booty workout videos. We’ll be posting the booty move of the day on our feed with a breakdown of how to do the move and how many reps to do that day.

1. When does the challenge start?

We’re starting on Monday, August 10, 2020.

2. Do I need to be a member to join?

NO! This is a FREE challenge for everyone.

3. Do I need equipment?

We suggest getting a booty band for more resistance.

4. Will there be a prize?
