All you need is weights, yoga mats and resistance bands- THURSDAY July 20 @ 9:15am PST – STRONG & SEXY Live. Join Ashley and me for 30 minutes of booty focused strength workouts and a short cardio dance. Join the FACEBOOK EVENT to get a notification when we go live!
- SATURDAY July 22 @ 10am PST – BOLLYWOOD ABS CLASS Live. Join us at Lorna Jane Manhattan Beach for a live class with Ashley. Get all the juicy details from the FACEBOOK EVENT.
