Creamy Avocado Dressing Recipe


Prep time: 15 minutes, 6 servings
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Tbs whole plain yogurt
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 handful mint
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. In a blender, place all ingredients
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Salt & Pepper to taste
  4. Jar and place in fridge for use throughout the week
