I have a trick on how not to get frustrated: when I can’t keep up with the instructor, I just invent my own choreo over a few beats. And jump back in as soon as there’s a move I’m able to follow 🙂
I especially love workouts which combine dancing with strength training, like Strong & Sexy, Bollywood Abs, Tone N Twerk.
