Around this time of year we are immersed in the holidays, but are also preparing for the New Year! Why not end 2016, and enter 2017 with strong abs? We have a fun End-of Year Abs Challenge to not only help you combat some of the holiday treats, but enter 2017 feeling fit, strong and confident!
Turn on your favorite tracks, and put that core to work! The number of reps per exercise will increase as you progress through the challenge. Challenge starts December 26, 2016 and ends January 8, 2017!Earn bonus points if you get a friend or family member to join in!
*If you miss a day, you can make up the reps the following day.
10 points– for each challenge day completed
Bonus Points: Earn 5 additional points per day if you complete each exercise with a partner.
