Health & Wellness with Fitness Instructor Nicole Steen
1. What’s the first thing you do in the morning?I pray and I read my Bible.
2. What’s a usual day look like for you?I wake up, read my Bible and pray. Then I eat breakfast before teaching a class. I shower before training my clients and then eat lunch. I makeup choreography for my next classes and then teach all night. I shower again, eat dinner and maybe watch a little TV. I end the night reading my Bible and praying then I go to bed. Then I do it all over again tomorrow.
3. What is your usual workout routine?I do 1 hour of weight lifting for my legs and booty like squats, deadlifts, leg press etc. Then I do 20 – 30 minutes of cardio.
4. When I workout I wear…Shopbombshells jumpsuit for dancing. Lorna Jane sports bras and leggings for kickboxing, booty and abs. Plus Nike shorts if it’s leg day!
5. What’s your favorite workout? Fave workout to teach?My favorite workouts are dancing and running and of course I love teaching dance.
6. What does ‘wellness’ mean to you?To me it means being healthy and fit 💪🏼
7. How do you keep your Abs of Steen™ looking good?
I workout 4-6 hours a day 6 times a week!
8. What part of your body do you love to tone?BOOTY 🍑
9. Favorite nourishing meal?I love a good chicken salad.
10. Best way to unwind?A glass of wine and my favorite TV shows.
