Babes, the holidays are here which means more time with family, friends and of course, food! We have a new challenge that will help you stay fit and fabulous for the holidays.

The Challenge

The more you workout, the more points your group gets– just like House Points in Hogwarts! We will have 2 groups and each individual in the groups will get points that will be tallied together.

Rules:

We will divide the group into 2 teams and the team with the most points wins! 5 points – workout for 30 minutes 12 points – workout for 1 hour 7 points – express sincere gratitude to someone (you can only get this once per day) We will have prizes for the winning team (to be announced)!

How to enter:
