Up Down Twerk

Learn how to do the basic twerk because we’re adding levels to it by using a squat. You’ll start by popping your booty while standing and arching your back, then squat down, arch and pop that booty. Start slow with this move so you can get the movement just right and then go fast and feel the burn!

Fast Booty Twerk

This is essentially the basic twerk but fifty times faster! The more you let it loose and let it jiggle, the more you’ll be able to quickly get this move. For some babes it’s easier to do this when they squat lower, so try different levels with it and see where you comfort level is then break it.

Learn How To Twerk Like Thotiana

Bust down just like Thotiana and learn this hot move from Nicole. This move is a mixture of a body roll and a twerk so it goes from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. You’re using a Front Booty Pop while you bend down and for an added challenge, lift one knee up after each squat. Go ahead, bust down babe.
