Everybody loves pizza, but how can we be low carb and eat our pie too? Now there’s a way! Your Keto Foodie, Charlene is back with another dreamy concoction for all our low carb eaters out there. This is a very simple recipe so let’s get cookin’!

Low Carb Sausage And Garlic Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1cup ground pork rinds
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cup shredded Italian cheese
  • 1/2 Tbs Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 Tbs garlic powder
  • Marinara Sauce (we suggest Rao’s Homemade)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbs EVOO
  • Italian sausage, no casing
  • Minced garlic

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425F. Mix cream cheese, egg, seasonings & Italian cheese well. Add pork rinds. Plop dough in a pizza pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with wax paper and roll out to edge. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let dough cool for a few minutes. While that’s cooling, cook Italian sausage in a pan with EVOO and minced garlic until it starts to brown. Top crust with marinara, sausage and garlic mix, cheese and bake again until cheese is bubbly.
