10 Minute Butt Lifting Workout
Start out with Donkey kicks with pulses and variations. Kick it up high and cross it with your bend leg. End with a variety of leg extensions and Single Leg Bridges. Nicole made sure that this workout will burn your booty and legs… in the best way possible. Don’t drop it, lift and lift and feel that toning work! And then do it again on the other leg.
