Zumba™ brings people together through dance and music. It’s a cardio dance phenomenon that has swept the nation because anyone can do it. But for people looking for a little more than low and high intensity interval training, I’ve made a list of other dance workouts you need to try.
Dancing brings me so much joy, but I know when I take a Zumba class it can get repetitive. I also want more strength training that I don’t normally get from Zumba classes. This is where other dance workouts come in handy. There are classes that will start with toning and then get you moving to loosen up your muscles that you just sculpted. Other dance workouts will add in body weight moves to their dances for strength training while you dance. Checkout some of these classes below and discover classes beyond Zumba.
