For me, my upper body is one of the hardest parts to work on. I feel like my arms get tired so easily when I lift weights and they get so sore the next day. If dance is part of the toning, then I’m definitely in!

I know I’m not the only one who dreads arm day, right?! So how do we make arm day better? We add a little bit of dancing and we add a lot of motivation from our super badass instructors. Upper body workouts should be different for women who aren’t trying to become weight lifters. It should be fun, sweaty, but also make you feel empowered. This is exactly what you’ll get with our instructors, plus play around with different dance styles while you’re at it too. I’ve compiled some of my fave upper body workouts from the best instructor in Los Angeles.
