Whenever I need to get my inner goddess out, I turn to burlesque dance. Whether it’s burlesque on the floor or on the chair, I feel more confident and oh so sexy.
Burlesque Dance Goddess
Everyone wants to feel like a goddess, right? For me, it’s fairly easy to switch up my mojo through sexy dances. Burlesque Burn is one of my favorite workouts to do when I’m feeling a little less sexy.
Burlesque dancing is a whole new world for me, but after my first class I was hooked! One of my favorite moves that always makes me feel so sexy is the floor Fan Kick. I’m a shorty so anything that lengthens my legs becomes my favorite. You go on the floor and you kick your legs up and fan it from one side to the other. It’s so fun and so hot, I can’t get enough. Another tip I have is when I dance burlesque, I always wear my fave leg warmers! New gear definitely makes me want to workout and use it right away. So I’ve compiled some beginner and intermediate burlesque dance videos that will go through faking splits to learning chair tricks. You ready to be a burlesque goddess? Let’s get it.

Now let’s put them all together and dance to Ariana Grande’s 7 Rings. This is a power woman anthem and I think burlesque dance  is the perfect sexy dance style to pair this song with. I love when Erica brings her leg all the way up and drops it together with her body. It was such an exhilarating choreography!Â
