My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard and they’re all here to watch me twerk! When I hear this song, I HAVE to dance and now we can all twerk it out when Milkshake come on. I think my favorite move is the Love Yourself Body Roll because it makes me appreciate my body and of course, embrace that self love!

Tone That Booty

Squat is life and it’s the foundation of twerking. You will really feel the burn in this 5 minute workout, babe. Go through Squats with pulses and kick plus Lateral Lunges. See how low you can go and really improve on those legs and glute muscles. Your booty will be sculpted and lifted in no time.

Babe, this is Nicole’s favorite song and it’ll show when you try her twerk choreography! This song screams summer forever so even if it’s winter and I have to turn up the heater to wear my short short to twerk, I’ll do it! I love the Circle Twerk into the Up Down Twerk move that we do in this because I feel sexy and strong and that’s how I like it.
