The shuffle involves moving your hips from side to side in a rhythmic motion. To add some flair, we’ll incorporate arm movements, such as reaching out and pumping them in sync with the shuffle. Now that we have refreshed our memory, let’s take it up a notch. Start by performing eight counts of the shuffle at a slow pace. Focus on your form and try to synchronize your movements with the music. Once you feel comfortable, it’s time to speed it up and challenge yourself.

Now that we have mastered the shuffle, let’s move on to the next move – the booty pop. This move is all about pushing your backside out and up while swinging your hips from side to side.
