This program was designed for you to gain confidence and strength at the same time. For the next 2 weeks, join us as we learn dance and warrior moves from BRAZIL and AFRICA. All the workouts included incorporate strength training. We will lead you through a series of dance moves and toning workouts for your arms, core and legs!
Every workout included in the program features a live drummer so you can really feel what it’s like to be in a warrior training program.We’re super excited because Jessica and Zen are the most energetic instructors on our platform. Get some grimas, drumstick or kitchen utensils to act as swords! Run the world babe.
