At Hip Shake Fitness, we believe that DANCE workouts should be accessible to everyone. All our workouts are available in different levels. Level 1 workouts are for true beginners with very little dance or fitness experience. Most users start at level 1 and work their way up to level 3.
Most of our workouts are 35 minutes long but we do have shorter workouts for when you are pressed for time. Studies show that 30 minutes of dance classes burns more calories than swimming or running. So what are you waiting for? Join now!
