Ashley and I made our Strong and Sexy Dance Workout series for women like you! We wanted to give you a workout that will make you feel sexy, strong and EMPOWERED.

Today’s workout is all about arms! We start with a STRENGTH training workout that you can do with or without weights.

Then finish it off with a fun and sexy ARM focused dance workout that includes pumping it up!

 

This workout is a great way to get definition on those ARMS. I’m excited to see the gun show!!
