Warrior Queen
Have you ever been in a position where you feel blah? It’s like you’re trying to catch a wave but you just keep missing it. Whenever I feel lethargic, foggy or unclear I’ve always turned to our Warrior Queen Program.
This program is a combination of our Brazilian Warrior Workout and African Dance and Sculpt! These workouts are all about getting comfortable with your body and being confident! In the next 2-weeks, we’re using our own body weight and live drums to get our cardio on and tone our muscles.
