Makes 3 servings with 3.5 grams of carbs per serving.
Heat up pan with Olive Oil and add in Italian Sausage and basil. Add dry ingredients to the mix and let it simmer until sausage is brown. Add in marinara sauce and mix well with sausage and dry ingredients. Let it boil then add heavy cream and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Drain noodles with sieve and run cold water through it. Transfer into a pot of boiling water and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Drain noodles again and dry it by putting it back into the hot pan with no water or oil. Fry in medium heat until dry. Use tongs to turn noodles.
