We’re so excited to have barre extraordinaire, Diane and bring Blissful Barre to the Hip Shake fam.  Total Body Live will make you fall in love with barre. You’ll get a workout that that’s inspired by ballet, pilates and yoga for the perfect full body workout combination. Get your core ready to be engaged! PLUS, set a positive intention with Diane at every start of class to find your personal bliss. ??

Weights are optional for this workout, but it does intensify the toning session.
