We’re keepin it hot hot hot with Erica and Burlesque Burn! We’ll be working on our lower body strength first with leg circles and squats . Then, grab a chair with a back and get those chair tricks working baby. I love trying new angles and shapes with my legs up in the air. It’s so freeing! Own your throne QUEEN.
