This little magic bouncy tool will work on your legs and glutes and babe, you will sweat A LOT. I didn’t know it would be such a fun and hard workout, but I’m so glad I tried it and now I’m obsessed. I love this class because it makes me feel empowered and makes me love my little booty too.
Pound FitnessAs a drummer, I was so excited to find a class that uses drum sticks! This is such a good workout for your arms and legs because of all the lunges and arm movements. I highly recommend taking this class if it’s ever in your area because the adrenaline rush is crazy!
