5 Minute At Home Dance Workouts
You can do so much in 5 minutes. You can meditate, read, eat a snack, write in your journal or you can dance and get your heart rate up in just five minutes. I’m sharing some of my favorite YouTube videos of quick cardio workouts that you can do at home.
When my day is super hectic and I really don’t have time to do a full workout, I turn to short cardio workouts on YouTube. I can start with one video and then see if I have time for more. Cardio is great in a pinch because it gets your heart rate up and you can get a little sweat in right away. African Dance Workout
Zen’s African dance class is one of my favorites because of the non-stop movement. It’s 5 minutes of pure movement and you will definitely sweat. I also love the live drums for music because it really gets you in the dancing mood. Expect to get a total body workout with this class.
Barre Hop This Time
Learn 4 moves from Ericka in 5 minutes. She’ll break down each move like the Beyonce Arm Swing and then you’ll just keep repeating the moves to get your heart rate up. I love how simple these moves are, but by the third time through you’re really going to be feeling it from head to toe.
Bollywood Dance Workout
If you want a little more core focused cardio dance then this Bollywood workout is for you. Ashley mixes cardio moves with core targeting while grooving to her fave Bollywood moves.
