It works the back, core, booty and leg muscles so it’s definitely a total body workout. For me, after a twerk dance class, I feel like I can take on the world. I’ve got muscles that have been awakened and I danced my booty off so I know there’s nothing I can’t do. Especially when I nail a hard choreography, I get an extra boost of confidence and I feel so proud of my body afterward.
