Twerk Workout On The FloorLet’s start with a little toning for our booty. It’s important to build our muscles before we let them loose. This twerk workout on the floor will help sculpt and lift your glutes. I’m telling you right now, those Donkey Kicks are intense, but it’ll be so worth it when you see the results.
Lunge Twerk TutorialNow let’s get to the fun stuff! We’ll start with a Lunge Twerk tutorial and for this move you use your arms to balance yourself. You’ll be in a Down Dog position and you basically bring your knee in to the center one at a time. Start slow like in the choreography and then see if you can challenge yourself and go faster.
Push Up Twerk TutorialOoh the Push Up Twerk is probably one of my fave and I was a few weeks pregnant when I did this choreography. This move will need some arm strength too because you actually do push ups while you twerk. While your arms are doing push ups, keep popping your booty up. If this mama can do it, so can you!
Booty Circle Push Up Twerk TutorialThis one will take a little more practice, but I know you’re on your way to becoming a twerk queen! So same deal with the push up twerk, instead of popping your booty, circle your hips while you move down. I think this one is more of a brain tickler to do so keep hitting that replay button til you get it babe.
